Sales Executive, LoopNet Digital Advertising - Denver, CO

Job Description

As a Sales Executive with LoopNet, you will represent the industry’s most sophisticated digital advertising and marketing solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Relationship Management : Build relationships with clients to drive advertising revenue and become a trusted advisor on their strategic marketing plan.
  • Business Development : Prospect new clients using CoStar Group’s extensive property data to drive sales.
  • Teamwork : Partner with colleagues across the LoopNet and CoStar teams to drive sales revenue.
  • Business Industry Acumen : Develop expertise in digital advertising strategies and commercial real estate trends within your market territory.
  • Customer Focus : Deliver outstanding customer support through regular communication, sharing market insights, and offering solutions that help clients achieve their goals.

Regular in-person meetings with clients will require travel by car and could require travel outside of your office location.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited not-for-profit University or College.
  • A minimum of five years of successful sales and account management experience within commercial real estate or selling digital advertising or marketing solutions.
  • A proven track record of exceeding sales targets and quotas in a customer-focused environment.
  • Must possess a current and valid driver’s license.
  • Preferred Qualifications & Skills

  • Success in building long-term relationships and engaging with clients at a senior / C-Suite level.
  • Ability to analyze data, build reporting, and make strategic recommendations based on market data.
  • Regular access to an operational motor vehicle.
  • Ability to adapt to changing situations in a high-growth company.
  • Self-starter who can work independently and within a team.
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English.
