Sales Executive - LoopNet Digital Advertising - Houston, TX

Job Description

As a Sales Executive with LoopNet, you will be part of a growth-oriented, innovative company and represent the industry’s most sophisticated digital advertising and marketing solutions. You will partner with the world’s top owners and brokers to develop a comprehensive digital marketing strategy to showcase and differentiate their portfolio of properties online. Key to your success will be your ability to build long-lasting, service-focused, customer relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Relationship Management : Build relationships with clients to drive advertising revenue and become a trusted advisor on their strategic marketing plan.
  • Business Development : Prospect new clients using CoStar Group’s extensive property data to drive sales and close new business.
  • Teamwork : Partner with colleagues across LoopNet and CoStar teams to drive sales revenue.
  • Business Industry Acumen : Develop subject matter expertise in digital advertising strategies and commercial real estate trends.
  • Customer Focus : Develop strong client relationships through outstanding customer support and market insights.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited not-for-profit University or College.
  • A minimum of four years of successful sales and account management experience within commercial real estate or selling digital advertising or marketing solutions.
  • A current and valid driver’s license (or the ability to obtain one prior to start date).
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and quotas.
  • Preferred Qualifications & Skills

  • Success in building long-term relationships and business partnerships.
  • Ability to analyze data and make strategic recommendations based on market data.
  • Regular access to an operational motor vehicle prior to or by start date.
  • Self-starter who can work within a team environment and independently.
