As a Product Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in identifying and attracting top talent for our product teams. Responsibilities
- Source and attract candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and industry-specific platforms.
- Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates with a focus on product management, UX/UI design, and software development roles.
- Conduct initial phone screens and technical interviews to assess candidate fit and technical proficiency.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system, including candidate interactions and feedback.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future product tech openings.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to refine job descriptions and recruitment strategies based on market trends and candidate feedback.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in product tech recruitment.
- Provide a positive candidate experience by communicating effectively and providing timely updates throughout the recruitment process.
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited, not-for-profit university or college.
- Proven track record of commitment and success in previous roles.
- 3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, with a focus on product management, UX/UI design, and software development roles.
- Proven experience in recruitment, preferably within the tech or product space.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in using recruitment tools and databases.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Expertise in shaping and executing recruitment strategies for SaaS information products, real estate products, or similar products.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
