Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Warehouse Worker to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in our distribution center, ensuring that products are accurately picked, packed, and shipped. This position requires a strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

• Operate order picking equipment, including reach trucks, to efficiently select and prepare orders for shipment.
• Load and unload products from delivery trucks and containers, ensuring safe handling and storage.
• Maintain accurate inventory management practices by conducting regular inventory counts and assisting with inventory control measures.
• Build and organize pallets for efficient storage and transportation within the warehouse.
• Utilize AS400 or similar warehouse management systems to track inventory levels and order status.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely order fulfillment while adhering to safety protocols.
• Perform routine maintenance checks on equipment to ensure mechanical reliability.

Experience

• Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center setting is preferred, particularly in roles involving order picking and inventory management.
• Familiarity with operating reach trucks or similar material handling equipment is advantageous.
• Strong mechanical knowledge is a plus, enabling effective troubleshooting of equipment issues as they arise.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a busy environment while maintaining high standards of accuracy and efficiency.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $18.01 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 50 per week

Schedule:

• 10 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• Night shift
• Overtime
• Weekends as needed
