Systems Analysts work closely with Operations, Quality Control, and Maintenance team members to troubleshoot and support industrial control systems, as per guidance and direction from the Solution Architects. Systems Analysts perform inspections and preventive maintenance on electrical, controls, and networking equipment and components. Systems Analysts collaborate with team members to ensure technical requirements adhere to the guidelines and standards defined by Solution Architects.

ROLE
- Supports the manufacturing lines using analytical problem-solving methods to troubleshoot electrical components, automation equipment, PLCs, motion controls, vision systems, and robotics.
- Works with hand tools, multi-meters, and testing equipment to diagnose electrical systems ranging from 24VDC to 480VAC.
- Repairs, replaces, installs, and commissions automation components, including cables and connectors, sensors, VFD, and servo drives, and other electro-mechanical related devices.
- Performs tests and calibrations of process control instrumentation.
- Performs inspections and preventive maintenance on electrical, controls, and networking equipment and components.
- Reads and interprets PLC and HMI code to assist the maintenance team in diagnosis of line down situations and/or fault conditions.
- Supports installation and startup of new equipment.
- Collaborates with technical and non-technical teams to define, design, test, and implement specific functional requirements of the system, as specified by the Product Owner and technology stakeholders (e.g., Solution Architects, Platform Engineers).
- Works closely with Operations, Quality Control, and Maintenance team members by providing industrial control systems troubleshooting and support.
- Defines detailed technical requirement documentation aligned to the blueprints and technical designs prepared by Solution Architects.
- Collaborates with team members to ensure technical requirements adhere to the guidelines and standards defined by Solution Architects.
- Conducts root cause analysis; presents findings and proposes solution improvements.
- Resolves problems (both reactive and proactive) throughout the information system lifecycle, including classification, prioritization, and initiation of action, documentation of root causes, and implementation of remedies to prevent future incidents.

Required:
- Knowledge of electrical safety procedures.
- Basic understanding of manufacturing plant mechanical systems and operations (steam, pneumatics, refrigeration, hydraulics, production processes, etc.).
- Proficient in interpreting electrical, network, pneumatic, and hydraulic diagrams.
- Understanding of Electrical Theory (voltage, current, resistance) and applying those principles to applications.
- Experience supporting electrical controls systems, following NEC, ISO, and OSHA codes and standards.
- Understanding of electrical safety circuits and troubleshooting.
- Hands-on experience in supporting PLC-based control systems.
- Basic understanding of networking (IP address, Subnet, Gateway).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including excellent customer service skills. Ability to present complex ideas and designs to a variety of technical or non-technical stakeholders and all levels of management.
- Demonstrates strong organizational qualities; meticulous and detail oriented.
- Positive attitude with good interpersonal skills, a team player; able to work cooperatively with others, sharing ideas and collaborating to obtain team goals.

- Associate’s degree in science or equivalent certification or 2 years of experience in the electrical controls/automation field.

Level 1 - $32.60/hr - $48.08/hr
Level 2 - $90,000 - $120,000
Level 3 - $115,000 - $145,000
