- Lead and manage daily store operations to ensure a smooth workflow and optimal productivity.
- Oversee warehouse management processes, ensuring efficient storage and retrieval of products.
- Utilize AS400 systems for inventory control and reporting purposes.
- Coordinate with third-party logistics (3PL) providers to streamline transportation planning and order fulfillment.
- Manage materials management processes, ensuring that stock levels meet customer demands while minimizing excess inventory.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and drive sales growth.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate staff performance to foster a productive work environment.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and operational standards.
Requirements
- Proven experience in store management or a similar role within the retail or logistics industry.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems and logistics operations.
- Familiarity with AS400 software is preferred but not mandatory.
- Experience with transportation management and planning is highly desirable.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Strong leadership qualities with effective communication skills to motivate team members.
