Responsibilities & Qualifications
- Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and patching as needed.
- Apply paint or other finishes using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment.
- Restore and maintain existing painted surfaces to ensure longevity
- Work on various materials including drywall, stucco, and concrete finishes.
- Ability to work timely and meet project deadlines .
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
- Proven experience as a Painter in residential or commercial settings.
- Knowledge of various painting techniques and materials.
- Familiarity with drywall installation and finishing processes.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
