Receptionist
Charlotte, NC (Carmel Road/Ballantyne Area)
Description
Our growing office is looking for a full-time receptionist to greet and direct our guests at our busy Carmel Road location. The ideal candidate will be warm, energetic, friendly, self-motivated, resourceful, and highly organized. Must have the ability to work collaboratively in a fast paced team setting with a client service focus. Excellent writing and communication skills and attention to detail and deadlines. Not only will this person be the face of our corporate office and greet clients you will also handle day to day office admin duties. There will also be industry specific duties that you will be responsible for, these are not limited to (training offered):
- Answering multi line switchboard
- Opening the office
- Cleaning and maintaining conference rooms
- Ordering office supplies
- Managing incoming and outgoing mail
- Preparing and organizing closing packages
- Communicating with corporate office
- Greeting and helping all incoming clients
- Depositing checks
- Preparing checks for pickup / cutting checks for signature as needed
Requirements
- Work Location: One location
- Real Estate experience preferred
- SoftPro experience a plus
- Strong ability to multitask
