Job Summary:
The Client Service Representative will operate as part of the greater financial advising and planning team, with the main function of supporting advisors to better service existing clients.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Client Meeting Preparation.
- Assist Advisors in relationship management and executing financial planning tasks.
- Organize and maintain filing system, client correspondence and other records via Salesforce (CRM Software).
- Collect, compile, and analyze moderately complex data and information.
- Provide client support and customer service on day-to-day inquiries from clients.
- Receive cross-training and assist with other operational functions as required.
- Complete employer retirement plan rollovers with existing clients.
Required Skills and Abilities:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must be organized with strict attention to details
- Ability to multi-task with sound time management skills
- A critical thinker and problem solver
- Solid professionalism and comfortable with client interaction
- Ability to learn new skills on the fly
- Strong in Microsoft Excel
Education and Work Experience:
- Ideal: Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or equivalent experience
- 1-3 years’ experience in customer service/sales/relationship management
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
