Position Summary
We’re seeking a Junior Developer to support the design, development, and maintenance of our platform’s frontend and backend components. This role is ideal for someone with foundational experience who thrives in an agile, collaborative environment and is eager to grow across the full tech stack.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop responsive UIs using React/React Native
- Build scalable backend services using .NET 8 , Python
- Work with databases (SQL Server, MySQL, MongoDB/Cosmos); support performance tuning
- Support Azure DevOps, CI/CD, ARM templates, and infrastructure-as-code
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and backlog refinement using Jira
- Contribute to testing (unit/integration), debugging, and documentation
- Assist with ITSM processes: change, incident, and knowledge management
- Learn and leverage Azure services (Web Apps, SQL, Cosmos, Function Apps, VNET)
Optional: contribute to data pipelines (Databricks, ADF), AI-assisted dev, and security/privacy compliance (HIPAA, GDPR, etc.)
Qualifications
Education and Experience
Required:
- Bachelor’s in CS/related field or equivalent experience
- 3 years in software development
- Experience with:
- Frontend: React, JavaScript/TypeScript
- Backend: .NET 8 , Python
- Databases: SQL, MySQL, MongoDB/Cosmos
- Cloud/DevOps: Azure, CI/CD pipelines
- Agile & QA: Jira, unit testing, debugging
- Strong communication, adaptability, and learning mindset
Preferred:
- Exposure to Azure tools (Front Door, VNET, blob storage)
- Familiarity with Databricks, ADF, GitHub Copilot
- Knowledge of privacy/security standards (HIPAA, GDPR)
