The CoStream Sales Team is seeking a dynamic individual to both define and fulfill our Business Development needs. In addition to direct sales, our Business Development Representatives focus on identifying and creating strategic opportunities that drive long-term growth. This involves building key relationships, refining value propositions, and collaborating across departments to enhance revenue potential and market positioning. Our revolutionary solution is breaking new ground in a market that has traditionally lacked outbound sales, creating many opportunities for growth while we continue to expand our market awareness and engagement.
CoStream is positioned for rapid growth within the Water and Wastewater sector and need driven individuals to join our organization to help us expand our reach and provide world-class service to North America’s critical infrastructures.
Responsibilities:
Lead Generation: Drive lead generation efforts by identifying and engaging potential clients through strategic outreach, marketing, market research, and relationship-building initiatives.
Pipeline Management: Manage follow-ups with target accounts to nurture relationships, address questions or concerns, and guide prospects through the sales pipeline, driving conversations and closing opportunities to contribute to revenue growth.
Site Visits/Assessments: Conduct site visits and technical assessments to evaluate client needs, identify opportunities for CoStream solutions, and provide strategic recommendations that drive business growth.
Proposal Development: Perform proposal development by crafting tailored, high-quality proposals that address client needs, highlight value propositions, and align with business objectives to drive successful deal closures.
Business Promotion and Market Outreach: Drive business promotion and market outreach by developing strategic initiatives, building brand awareness, and engaging with regional associations and networking events to connect with key decision-makers and generate new opportunities.
Operational Improvement: Actively participate in team planning to align business development strategies, while continuously improving team processes and expanding individual capabilities.
Qualifications
Education & Experience
- Previous experience in water/wastewater treatment sector or direct experience in Business Development is required
- A degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field is preferred but not required
Skills and Competencies
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset
- Must be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong personal organization and time management skills
Other Qualifications
- A valid driver's license is required
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and evolving business environment

Salary : $65,000 - $95,000
