Leading Investment firm are looking for a highly motivated Business Analyst to support AI-driven initiatives across multiple business units. This role will be instrumental in identifying opportunities to leverage AI, optimizing workflows, and enhancing decision-making processes. Working as part of a cross-functional team, the analyst will play a key role in documenting business use cases, facilitating stakeholder collaboration, and managing AI-related communications. This position is ideal for someone with a structured approach to problem-solving, a passion for AI, and the ability to navigate complex organizational landscapes.
The Business Analyst will contribute to AI strategy development by preparing materials for ideation sessions, capturing key takeaways, and maintaining centralized documentation. They will collaborate with Product Managers to interview users, gather feedback, prioritize features, and refine AI product roadmaps. Additionally, they will oversee stakeholder relationships, ensuring seamless communication and alignment between teams. Researching emerging AI technologies and assessing their applicability will also be a key part of the role.
The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and an analytical mindset. They should be comfortable structuring and managing large volumes of information and have experience in tools like Notion, PowerPoint, and other documentation platforms. A background in engineering, computer science, data science, finance, or business administration is preferred, along with at least one year of experience in management consulting or a similar analytical role.
