JOB SUMMARY
As an Application Developer for Revenue Accounting , you will partner with cross-functional teams to design, develop, test and implement features and code, mainly supporting the Enterprise Upstream application with emphasis on Revenue, Production, Land, Treasury, and LOS. You will assist business analysts in understanding application features to achieve their business goals and collaborate with Database Administrators to ensure optimal application performance. This position is located onsite at our headquarters, located in Houston, Texas and reports directly to the Supervisor of Corporate Applications.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Design, code, test, and deliver robust and insightful business solutions for highly complex projects
Use development tools such as Oracle SQL, PL / SQL, Oracle Forms and Reports, BI Publisher and Oracle Workflow, Database Utilities
Create data conversions into the application that ensure data integrity and accuracy using EU and Oracle APIs. Unix / Linux environments for scripting and application management
Fulfill customer requirements according to project / enhancement specifications
Optimize the EU application for performance, reliability, and scalability.
Design, develop, and customize EU modules (e.g., Revenue, Base, JVA etc.) to meet business requirements.
Support activities related to acquisitions and divestitures, including data extractions, data mapping, conversions, interfaces, custom objects, and reporting
Analyze system performance and implement tuning strategies, such as indexing and query optimization
Regularly monitor system performance and conduct maintenance activities to ensure optimal operation
Perform periodic reviews of the application configurations and customizations to ensure compliance with industry regulations and best practices
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Deep knowledge of P2 / IFS Energy Solutions Enterprise Upstream required
Previous experience working in the Oil and Gas industry required.
Enterprise Upstream Settlement, Partner Balancing, Regulatory
Experience preferred Oracle Enterprise Business Suite Release R12 required
Oracle Database 19c and up, SQL
- Loader Utilities, AWR Reports, EXPLAIN PLAN and TKPROF reports
Experience with P2 / IFS product interoperability with P2 / IFS Procount, P2 Land and Other P2 / IFS modules such as Base, JVA, etc.
Overall product / module integration experience
P2 / IFS and Oracle system implementations & upgrades
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's Degree, Computer Science, Accounting, Finance or Business
YEARS OF EXPERIENCE
Minimum of 5 years working in Oil and Gas, and Oracle and P2 / IFS experience required
