Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Laborer to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced multi-use company. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical knowledge and experience working with various tools and equipment. This role involves landscaping, running and maintaining equipment, building seawalls/retaining walls, driveway repairs and much more!
Duties
- Assemble seawall/retaining walls.
- Landscape - mowing, pick up grass clippings
- Spring / yard clean ups
- Power washing
- Operate power tools and hand tools safely and effectively.
- Day to day job will change as we do
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
- Perform routine inspections of equipment and machinery to ensure proper functioning.
Experience
- Familiarity with seawall/ retaining walls is advantageous.
- Proficiency in using power tools and hand tools is essential.
- Experience operating bobcat, skid steer, excavator is beneficial, but not required.
- Strong mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot minor issues with equipment is beneficial.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while maintaining individual accountability.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.70 - $16.41 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
