Cottage Grove High School is searching for a Boys Head Golf Coach.  Duties include, but are not limited to:

- Oversee all levels of Cottage Grove Boys Golf

- Monitor academic progress and eligibility

- Effectively analyze and teach the fundamentals skills and strategies of the sport

- Plan, organize, conduct, and evaluate practices session along with develop, implement, and evaluate match plans and strategies

- Serve as a leader, mentor, and role-model to the student-athletes of the program

- Prepare competitive team schedule, and fund-raising initiatives

- Prepare, monitor, and manage team budget

- Select, supervise, and evaluate assistant coaches

- Ensure compliance with all CGHS athletic department, League, and OSAA policies, procedures, and regulations

- Ability to serve the entire CGHS Athletic Department through supporting other programs, assisting in off-season game and event management, and willingness and ability to fund-raise.

Compensation

Compensation will be granted according to the current salary schedule.

**Head Coaching experience preferred at high school or high-level club or development level.

Salary : $7,204 - $8,285
