Cottage Grove Place is recruiting for a hospitality focused Certified Dietary Manager to join our team! This position ensures the smooth and efficient operation of the Commons East Kitchen for Assisted Living, Assisted Living Memory Care, and Health Center.
Here are a few of the daily responsibilities of a Certified Dietary Manager (CDM):
- Running day-to-day operations of the kitchen.
- Plans, directs, and supervises the preparation and serving of all food in the commons East Kitchen.
- Responsible for inventory
- Aides Dietitian with Menus and recipes.
- Responsible for scheduling employees to cover the day-to-day operations.
Here are a few of the qualifications we need you to have:
- Graduation from Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) or Certified Food Protection Professional (CFPP) program.
- Minimum two (2) years formal culinary training program with degree or equivalent experience.
- Minimum three (3) years of organizational or management experience supervising others.
- Holds and maintains a Serve Safe Certificate.
Salary Ranges: $45,000-$55,000 Annually.
