JOB PURPOSE To provide administrative support and develop workflow process and systems for a department and / or Department Director with minimal supervision and direction. All job qualifications listed indicate the minimum level necessary to perform this job proficiently : LEVEL OF EDUCATION Minimum : High school grad or equivalent Preferred : Associate Degree in a related field TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS Minimum : Intermediate Word, Excel and Outlook skills. Minimum 45 wpm keyboarding / typing speed.
