What are the responsibilities and job description for the Clinical Dietitian PD position at Cottage Health?
The purpose of the Clinical Dietitian is to provide direct patient care to patients and / or education and to mentor / precept interns and clerical / technical staff. LEVEL OF EDUCATION Minimum : Bachelors Degree in a related field Preferred : Masters Degree in a related field CERTIFICATIONS, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS Minimum : Registered Dietitian Eligible (RD credential within 6 months of hire); Food Handlers Card Preferred : RD Credential TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS Minimum : Basic Computer Skills to include MS Word. Preferred : Experience with related Software (i.e. Computrition,Food Processor) and Epic Systems. YEARS OF RELATED WORK EXPERIENCE Minimum : Completed Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics accredited internship. Preferred : 2 or more years experience as a Clinical Dietitian.
