Under appropriate levels of supervision, as required by regulatory agencies, operates Hospital information systems for data entry and retrieval. Performs electrocardiograms (EKGs) and other cardiology related testing. QUALIFICATIONS All job qualifications listed indicate the minimum level necessary to perform this job proficiently. LEVEL OF EDUCATION Minimum : Na Preferred : A.A. Degree from a 2-year college, or equivalent. Basic and advanced arrhytmia training. CERTIFICATIONS, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS Minimum : Valid American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) Preferred : National EKG certification TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS Minimum : Computer keyboard skills Preferred : Ability to scan and interpret holter monitor recordings.
