Education:
- Minimum: Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or related field
- Preferred: Master’s degree.
Technical Requirements:
- Minimum: Strong analytical abilities with proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Quality database. Quality Management skills including flow charting, team facilitation, data analysis, and report generation.
- Preferred: 5 years of healthcare experience in patient safety, risk, and/or quality.
Years of Related Work Experience:
- Minimum: 3 years of healthcare experience in patient safety, risk, and/or quality.
- Preferred: 5 years of ambulatory experience in patient safety, risk, and/or quality.
