Cottage Clinical Associates is seeking a Nurse Practitioner for our Palliative Care Consultation Service in an acute care hospital setting.
The Service is interdisciplinary and serves patients and their families.
Collaborates with patient, family, health care providers and others to provide quality care for palliative care patients and their families.
Participates in the education of staff, patients, families, and the community.
The qualified candidate will possess broad clinical expertise in acute care, palliative care, oncology, or critical care as well as excellent interpersonal skills necessary to work effectively with the interdisciplinary team, patients, families, staff and the community. Qualifications
- Master of Nursing Degree.
Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program approved by the California Board of Registered Nursing as defined in Section 1482, Nurse Practice Act, Business and Professional Code
