Pacific Diagnostic Laboratories, LLC seeks a Quality Systems Analyst for their Lab Quality Management department responsible for providing user support for laboratory information system applications related to process control, document control, patient care data, peer review, patient safety, satisfaction and event reporting, and all other quality improvement processes. To monitor and report activities of the organization to ensure that they meet or exceed the established quality standards for PDL, as well as Federal and State regulatory compliance guidelines for the clinical laboratory. To monitor and report staff compliance with internal requirements including the calling of critical values, meeting attendance, regulatory education, turnaround times and proficiency testing. Responsibilities include:
- To develop training for above applications and coordinate all related training and orientation efforts as needed for laboratory staff.
- To participate in the selection and implementation of new information technology products for the laboratory departments.
QUALIFICATIONS:

Education:
- Minimum: Associate's Degree in a chemical, physical or biological science, medical laboratory technology or nursing from an accredited institution. Equivalent experience (2 years exp is equivalent to 1 year of college) may be substituted in lieu of a degree.
- Preferred: Masters Degree in a chemical, physical or biological science, or medical laboratory technology from an accredited institution.
Technical Requirements:
- Minimum: Intermediate skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint. Knowledge of data gathering and reporting systems and document control systems. Knowledge of information systems techniques and procedures.
Years of Related Work Experience:
- Minimum: 2 years related experience in a healthcare field.
