Job Title : Registered Nurse

Job Specialty : Emergency Room Nurse

Job Duration : 13 weeks

Shift : Night Shift 7p-7a

Guaranteed Hours : [Information not provided]

Experience : Minimum 2 years in the Emergency Department

License : Current RN License for New Hampshire

Certifications : BLS, ACLS, PALS

Must-Have :

Successful completion of an accredited RN program
Ability to work nights
Experience in a Level IV Trauma Center preferred
Ability to handle physically demanding tasks, including lifting and moving patients

Job Description :

Assist in planning, delivering, and evaluating patient care within the scope of practice

Use knowledge and skills to provide age-appropriate care

Assess patient data and interpret information to identify each patient's specific needs

Ensure quality care is provided efficiently and safely per departmental policies

Demonstrate performance consistent with unit and organizational mission and philosophy

Resolve patient care and departmental situations within the scope of responsibility and refer complex issues appropriately

Assist with data collection for research studies conducted in work area

Work collaboratively with team members and external professionals, such as first responders

Demonstrate excellent communication skills to ensure seamless transfer of care
