Job Overview :
Cottage Hospital is seeking a dynamic leader to oversee both our Emergency and Inpatient Services departments. The Director will manage daily operations across Med Surg, ICU, Respiratory Therapy, Social Services, and the Emergency Department, ensuring high-quality patient care and optimal departmental performance.
Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee clinical and administrative management of Emergency and Inpatient Services.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and hospital policies.
- Collaborate with physicians and other departments to promote seamless patient care.
- Lead performance improvement initiatives and drive quality outcomes.
