  • Certification as a Surgical Technologist required within one year of hire

Job Details

  • Certified Surgical Technologist position in a Critical Access Hospital
  • Experience required in endoscopies, general / laparoscopic, and orthopedic surgeries
  • Join the Surgical Services department with responsibilities in pre-op, operating room, and recovery room.

    • Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 1-2 years experience as a surgical technologist
  • Graduate of an approved operating room (OR) technologist program preferred
  • Certification required within one year of hire
  • Current Basic Life Support certificate required
  • Required call commitment

    • Schedule Information

  • Monday to Thursday 7 : 00am to 4 : 30pm
  • On-call schedule with a 45-minute call back time
  • Call is only one day a week and every third weekend
  • Self-scheduling for call available

    • Unit Specific Information

  • Surgical Services department includes pre-op, operating room, and recovery room
  • Light to medium workload with a supportive work environment
