Food Service Associate

Job Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Crew Members to join our team. As a Crew Member, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service to our customers in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for various tasks that contribute to the smooth operation of our café, restaurant, or grocery store, ensuring that every guest has a positive experience.

Duties

• Provide friendly and efficient service to all customers, ensuring their needs are met promptly.
• Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately for cash handling and transaction processing.
• Prepare and serve food and beverages while adhering to food handling and sanitation standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas, including dining areas and kitchen spaces.
• Assist with inventory management, including stocking supplies and checking expiration dates.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
• Help train new staff members on procedures and best practices as needed.

Experience

• Previous experience in a café, restaurant, or grocery store setting is preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with cash handling procedures and basic math skills for accurate transactions.
• Knowledge of food handling and sanitation practices is a plus.
• Experience with Aloha POS or similar systems is advantageous but not mandatory.
• A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to help others are essential qualities for success in this role.

Pay: From $13.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 25 per week
