General Manager – Pizza Shop (Full-Time, Leadership Role)

About the Role:
We’re looking for an experienced General Manager to run day-to-day operations at our busy pizza shop. This is a high-responsibility role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is ready to take full ownership of the shop's performance—with support and guidance from ownership. If you're passionate about great food, top-notch service, and team leadership, we want to meet you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations including kitchen, prep, and front-of-house
- Lead and supervise the team, ensuring smooth and efficient shifts
- Maintain high standards for food quality, safety, and cleanliness
- Monitor inventory, place orders, and manage vendor relationships
- Track sales, control costs, and work toward weekly and monthly financial goals
- Train and coach staff to ensure excellent service and productivity
- Resolve customer issues promptly to maintain a positive reputation
- Collaborate with ownership on promotions, menu ideas, and growth strategies
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience as a GM or assistant GM in a food service environment
- Strong leadership skills and a team-first attitude
- Knowledge of food safety and health regulations
- Experience managing labor and food costs
- Comfortable working long hours and weekends as needed
- High level of organization, reliability, and follow-through
- Great communication skills with both staff and customers
- Passion for pizza is a huge plus!
