**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Director of Nursing with long term care experience to oversee our clinical care team. The ideal teammate will have strong leadership and mentorship abilities. Our ideal teammate will be able to coach, mentor and demonstrate dedication to both our residents and our teammates. A background in nursing administration, hospice care, and team management preferred.

- Manage nursing schedules and assignments
- Oversee resident rights and compliance with regulations
- Collaborate with doctors and other healthcare professionals
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation
- Coordinate care for patients in various settings including home care and nursing homes
