The Ideal Candidate: We seek a highly motivated and experienced individual with a bachelor's degree and at least five years of increasingly responsible experience in institutional advancement. The ideal candidate will have expertise in working directly with constituent relationship management systems and be able to develop and implement effective strategies to engage key donors, advise on major gift solicitation, and direct staff and volunteers involved in fundraising efforts.
Key Areas of Responsibility: Identify, cultivate, and steward major gift prospects; develop and implement strategies to engage key donors; advise on major gift solicitation; direct staff and volunteers involved in fundraising efforts; oversee comprehensive campaigns and targeted fundraising initiatives; ensure robust participation from staff and volunteers to achieve institutional objectives.
