Your Role: As the Vice President for Institutional Advancement, you will oversee the identification, cultivation, and stewardship of major gift prospects. This involves developing and implementing strategies to engage key donors, advising on major gift solicitation, and directing staff and volunteers involved in fundraising efforts. You will also oversee comprehensive campaigns and targeted fundraising initiatives, ensuring robust participation from staff and volunteers to achieve institutional objectives.
What We Offer: A competitive salary range of $130,000 to $140,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
