The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree and at least five years of increasingly responsible experience in institutional advancement, with expertise in working directly with constituent relationship management systems. They will be able to develop and implement effective strategies to engage key donors, advise on major gift solicitation, and direct staff and volunteers involved in fundraising efforts.
Responsibilities: Develop and implement strategic plans to increase philanthropic support; cultivate and steward major gift prospects; advise on major gift solicitation; direct staff and volunteers involved in fundraising efforts; oversee comprehensive campaigns and targeted fundraising initiatives; ensure robust participation from staff and volunteers to achieve institutional objectives.
