Job Description:
The Vice President for Institutional Advancement will play a key role in facilitating the achievement of organizational goals, including the establishment and successful attainment of annual fundraising targets. This individual will develop and implement strategies that engage key donors, advise on major gift solicitation, and direct staff and volunteers involved in fundraising efforts.
Reporting to the President, the Vice President for Institutional Advancement will oversee the identification, cultivation, and stewardship of major gift prospects, dedicating a significant portion of their time to this work. This position may be performed as a hybrid, with the specific schedule to be arranged by the President and the successful candidate.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required
- At least five years of relevant and increasingly responsible experience in institutional advancement
- Experience working directly with a constituent relationship management system
- Ability to facilitate the achievement of organizational goals and objectives
Benefits:
