We are seeking driven, energetic, and customer focused candidates for our Customer Service Representative position. In this role, you will handle a variety of calls regarding claim status and medical, dental and voluntary benefit plans. The ideal candidate will utilize various systems to research inquiries and accurately document customer interactions.

Essential Functions
- Ensure all questions are addressed with one-call resolution in mind.
- Prioritize workload and follow-ups to ensure the timely processing of claims.
- Accurately communicate benefit/claims information and ensure each interaction is a positive experience.
- Utilize various systems to track calls and research information for claims/benefits.
- Strong communication skills
- The ability to multi-task and have great attention to detail
- Health and Life Licensure is preferred, however not required in order to be considered for the role.
