Job Description
We are conducting interviews for New Agency Business owners to open new agencies in the Sacramento, Yolo,and Placer County areas.
Farmers has several New Agent Programs that are more lucrative now than ever before. Eligible candidates may purchase existing Agency's or be selected for an opportunity to join an Agency owner, as an employee, in a mentorship program ultimately leading to Agency onwership.
Salary: $35000.00 - $70000.00 per year

Responsibilities
Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales.
Thoroughly understand and follow all underwriting, rating and compliance requirements.
Prospecting and generating new business through leads & referral sources.
Presents and explains insurance policy options based upon prospective client needs and their personal goals.
Attend training and continuing education courses.
Requirements
Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.
Strong work ethic and leadership skills.
A Property & Casualty insurance license is required.
A Life & Health Insurance license is required.
Bilingual, fluent in both English and Spanish is beneficial.
Salary : $35,000 - $70,000
