Key Responsibilities:
- Answering incoming phone calls and providing excellent customer service.
- Sourcing and ordering parts needed for repairs and maintenance.
- Managing Parts Returns
- Keeping customers informed about the status of their vehicles and any additional services needed.
- Entering organized and accurate records of all service transactions.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical or automotive training is a plus.
- Verifiable experience in a customer service role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with computer systems and software used in service writing.
- Multilinglual a plus
