We are seeking a Receptionist/Assistant to join our team and provide administrative support in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Duties
Your role will be dynamic, involving various responsibilities. These include, but are not limited to,
Aiding our marketing team
Ensuring our customers are always satisfied, and
Handling various administrative functions.
Manage incoming and outgoing communications, including emails and phone calls with customers and vendors.
Perform general clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
Assist with office management tasks to ensure smooth operations
Ability to operate phone systems and direct calls appropriately
Experience
We would like someone to have some experience in:
Experience in Photoshop for creating engaging visuals.
Proficiency in Microsoft Suite for handling various administrative tasks.
A knack for social media platforms to help expand our reach and influence.
Exceptional customer service skills.
Outstanding organizational skills.
Previous experience in a receptionist or assistant role is preferred but not required
Familiarity with office procedures and basic clerical tasks
