The annual salary for this position is within the range of $73,000 to $83,000 annually, dependent on experience and qualifications.

DISTRICT VISUAL MANAGER
With a sole focus on enhancing the customer experience and delivering commercial outcomes to our stores, you will execute and action the Visual Merchandising strategy that will protect the brand DNA, ensuring this shows up throughout product and VM offers in stores. You will be responsible for supporting and delivering our DNA throughout different in store channels, store designs and deliver on brand – with a core purpose to maximise customer experience and demonstrate an ROI to sales.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Preferred minimum 2 years’ experience in Visual Merchandising
- Proven ability to create a concept and communicate it to a team to deliver a tangible outcome
- Proven ability to build an excellent store experience translating into commercial results
- Demonstrate an understanding of our target customer
- Demonstrate the ability to understand different customer types in different regions
- Experience in a direct retail environment
- Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
- Home base must be located in the California area.
