This is a full-time on-site role for a Store Manager located in Baton Rouge, LA. The Store Manager will oversee daily operations, manage staff, ensure customer satisfaction, and maintain store appearance. Responsibilities include recruiting, training, and developing team members, achieving sales targets, managing inventory, and implementing company policies and procedures. The Store Manager will also be responsible for creating a positive and motivating environment, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and handling customer complaints and feedback effectively.
