In This Role, You'll :
- Be the go-to person for HR inquiries, employee records, and system updates
- Partner with CPO and Recruiter to analyze trends and provide data insight that drive decision-making
- Post job openings and keep the hiring process running smoothly.
- Assist with guest relations and workers' compensation claims, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution.
