Cotton Point Living Center is a quaint long-term care facility nestled in the small town of Matthews, Missouri. The beautifully updated facility offers residents views of the Missouri Bootheel through the rows of cotton fields. The 98-licensed bed facility is looking for a Director of Nursing to join our home and team.
The Director of Nursing responsibilities include managing the nursing department to excellent resident care standards as determined through state and federal regulations for long-term care. The Director of Nursing will work with the administrator and management team to provide excellent nursing services through direct nursing care, quality measures initiatives, staff management, and inventory/equipment management.
This position requires a Registered Nurse licensure in good standing. Long-term care experience is preferred.
