Cottonwood Creek Skilled Nursing & Therapy is seeking an experienced RN Weekend Supervisor to lead our nursing team. With a strong focus on exceptional patient care, we are committed to providing a supportive and compassionate environment for our residents and their families.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure adherence to established nursing operational standards
- Train new team members and evaluate nurses' performance
- Inform family members about medical procedures and doctors' instructions
- Establish a positive environment by providing psychological support to residents, family, and friends
- Maintain up-to-date First Aid and CPR certification
Requirements:
- One (1) or more years of experience in Long Term Care environment preferred
- Strong leadership skills and organizational abilities
- Exceptional interpersonal communication and empathy
- Up-to-date knowledge of long-term care practices and procedures
