We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced RN Weekend Supervisor to join our team at Cottonwood Creek Skilled Nursing & Therapy. As a key member of our nursing leadership team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of patient care and satisfaction.
Job Summary:
The ideal candidate will have one (1) or more years of experience in Long Term Care, with a strong background in leadership and organizational skills. You will be responsible for training new team members, evaluating nurses' performance, and maintaining up-to-date First Aid and CPR certification.
