Cottonwood Creek Veterinary Hospital is a family owned & operated, full service mixed animal veterinary hospital. We provide services for all species (except venomous animals) and aim to provide top level care to every patient we see, while providing top level customer service to our clients. We are a two-location practice with our primary location in Waco, as well as our Woodway location. We are a rapidly growing practice who is seeking the right candidates to join our team as we continue to add to our ever-growing family. We are an eclectic mix of personalities that love what we do. Our technician assistants/kennel technicians are the aide to our doctors and technicians that always allows the animals in our facility to be well cared for. They are the support that makes the rest of the team able to function with ease and fluidity. We are a growing facility in search of Veterinary Technician Assistants to help us provide excellent care to our patients. Our technician assistants/kennel technicians are an active and integral part of our patient's care. Responsibilities include feeding & walking patients, administering medication by mouth (or other routes), restraining animals for procedures & exams for Veterinarians & Technicians, obtaining patient history, post-anesthesia monitoring, reporting signs of illness or stress to doctors, ensuring the highest level of facility cleanliness possible and general assistance around the facility. A strong desire to provide the best possible care and always pursuing further education is a must. We are a fast-paced facility who strives to provide every client and patient with the best care possible and works very well together as a team.
Weekend and holiday rotations are required.
