In this role, you'll be working in a cold storage facility, handling and organizing frozen products, and ensuring smooth warehouse operations. - Pick, pack, and prepare frozen products for shipment based on customer orders.
- Safely load and unload goods using manual and powered equipment, such as forklifts or pallet jacks.
- Organized and store products in designated freezer sections, ensuring proper stock rotation.
- Conduct regular inventory checks to ensure accuracy and prevent stock discrepancies.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the freezer area according to health and safety guidelines.
- Operate within strict temperature-controlled conditions and follow all company protocols.
- Report damaged or expired goods to supervisors promptly.
- Collaborate with team members to meet operational goals and deadlines.

- Ability to lift to 40 pounds repeatedly with or without accommodation.
- Ability to work in multiple temperature environments, including general warehouse areas, refrigerated and/or freezer areas with subzero temperatures.
- Ability to handle deadlines along with interruptions in a fast-paced, high-volume, deadline-oriented environment.
- Good math skills.
- Good interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to read and write.
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred.
- Previous experience with forklifts, swings, and other heavy warehouse equipment.
