Responsibilities Assist DON in oversight and responsibility for daily operations of our clinical department. Hiring, training, and development of staff in conjunction with your leadership team Work directly with residents to evaluate needs and services to accurately assess, communicate and document resident status on electronic care system Assist in oversight of aides and nurses and other care staff. delegation of nurse duties to unlicensed personnel as needed Other leadership duties as needed On Call Qualifications Current RN Nursing license in the State.
