Competitive salary : Base pay of $16-$20.25 (DOE) with additional $2 differential for weeknights after 6pm and $3 on weekends.
2000 Sign-on Bonus for full-time employment (contingent on performance).

Your Role :

As a CNA, you will play a crucial role in delivering daily living assistance and personalized services for our residents. The Stellar way emphasizes kindness, professionalism, and respect for the dignity of our seniors. Your responsibilities will include :

Providing exceptional support with daily activities of living (ADLs) and personal hygiene.

Responding to patient calls with compassion and helpfulness.

Ensuring residents receive appropriate meals by understanding their dietary preferences and restrictions.

Recording vital signs as requested and reporting any changes in residents' health to the nursing staff.

Qualifications :

Current CNA certificate required.

A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to excel for our residents.

Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

A genuine passion for caring for seniors.
