Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Cottonwood Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center. As an LPN, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, including vital sign checks, medication administration, and collaboration with healthcare team members.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and assess patients during treatments, creating a comforting environment.
- Conduct routine vital sign checks with a caring touch, ensuring patient comfort and well-being.
- Support patients in adhering to medication regimens, building trust and dependability.
- Collaborate effectively with RNs and other healthcare team members, creating a cohesive care environment.
- Build strong relationships with patients' families to facilitate open communication and ensure a supportive network for our residents.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you must possess a current unrestricted LPN license valid in the state, a compassionate and caring nature, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and proficient computer skills.
