About the Role
This is an excellent opportunity for a registered nurse who is passionate about delivering exceptional care in a rehabilitation setting. You will work directly with residents, developing and implementing individualized care plans that meet their unique needs. You will also collaborate with other members of the interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care transitions and efficient delivery of services.
