We are seeking a highly motivated individual to be a key member of our insurance team as a property casualty insurance agent. An agent’s success is dependent upon having very strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills. We seek someone who is a self-starter, reliable, willing to learn, and has an aggressive but positive attitude. Our agents are service oriented from quote to issue.
As an Insurance Agent at Cottonwood Insurance, you will:
- Client Engagement: Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their unique insurance needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Insurance Expertise: Stay up-to-date on insurance products, policies, and industry trends to deliver informed recommendations to clients.
- Sales and Marketing: Identify new business opportunities, develop effective marketing strategies, and promote our insurance products and services.
- Policy Management: Assist clients in selecting, modifying, and renewing insurance policies, ensuring they have the coverage they need.
- Claims Handling: Provide support to clients in the event of a claim, offering guidance and ensuring a smooth claims process.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the service staff and other insurance agents to create a positive and productive work environment.
