- Leasing, sales, and/or customer service experience desired.
- Minimum of one year of experience in general marketing, social media, and online marketing.
- Exceptional multi-tasking and communication skills, both oral and written.
- A good understanding of basic accounting practices is a plus.
- Entrata Core experience is a plus.
- Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws is preferred.
- Weekend availability is required.
- Overseeing Customer Experience Specialist performance.
- Processing applications and leases.
- Assisting with move-in and move-out needs, including generating documentation and contracts necessary for renting.
- Assisting with outreach marketing, social media marketing, and with coordinating leasing and resident activities.
- May occasionally perform supervisory duties in the absence of the Community Manager.
